---I can't help but try anything...once. And I usually do well enough to do it again. I've been putting it on the chin for quite some time. So, when it's put back on me, I can take it pretty well. Years of drumming in a rock band will tend to help with that. -Now I've unfolded my wings (actually my legs) and have stepped up to soar with unflinching confidence; taking the helm of my own band "STOBO" (with all that comes with the pleasure). And discovering, in the process, that I have the map of the Universe in my eyes...with nose for a compass.
-I still bang on the drums (pumping that flow of energy that comes from deep in the Earth) with those manic rockers "KICK BUTTKISS",
as well as the smooth crooners "The DAVISES".
and now, also, the 'Masters of Psychedelic Groove'. A new band called "SPIEL". And that will blow your mind.
I'm also still bending minds playing my Jitterbug with "The ALIENS" (when they appear), and with the 'Way wAY out there' "LICKWID OWSLEY" (me and Barry Conley).
-Through my label "FORK TONGUE Recordings", there will be a slew of new recordings coming soon from all of these projects now that 'The PEEBLES HOUSE' is just about up and running.
Keep an eye/ear out.
